Located in a nice residential neighborhood favored by foreigners. Tree lined streets and little parks hidden where you least expect them. Nice little family run restaurants and small bars are popping up all around this area and it's frankly the best bar hopping area around. You won't find any tourists crawling the streets but you will get a good mix of locals and foreigners out for a good time.
